To support and assist municipalities on behalf of the Commune verte project initiated in 2016, BORDA Mali in collaboration with the Town Hall of Commune VI (COGEVAD) assists vulnerable communities to improve their living environment.
To strengthen the capacities of the Committee for Waste Management and Recycling in Commune VI (COGEVAD), BORDA Mali supported the procurement of a motor tricycle equipped with a 1000-litre tank and an emptying pump. The keys were handed over on January 25th, 2021. This equipment is designed to transport wastewater and sludge from the commune VI. It will help to improve the service of pit emptying, to clean up and make the living environment of the population of the commune VI more liveable.
