Likely the 2007 or 2008 release. Waist and bust start at 68cm and 84cm, full shirring allows it to stretch about 25cm~ past those measurements. About 98cm long, good for people on the taller side. No flaws outside of being a lint magnet, shirring is in good condition and the dress has been washed. Keep in mind that the dress is pretty heavy, lots of fabric here.
