This is a vintage 1936 Drive Ahead With Roosevelt license plate sign. It's rubber, with a copper paint, and Uncle Sam's hat and jacket were in red white and blue. Haven't attempted cleaning it. First 3 photos are the item being sold, 4th photo is what item originally looked like. According to Hake's Auctions, item is rare, and appraised from $200 to $400. See photos for details.
